Hi anh Toa`n!

Thank you for the pointer.  I did install VPS fonts from an existing 
directory on my hard file.  Invoking VPSkeys32.exe and Wordpad I can 
use VPS fonts for writing Vietnamese. 

In short it works.  There was a little nag in NT 4.0 (+SP2). Its 
fonts installation process copies all selected fonts to the fonts 
folder even with the _copy fonts to the font folder_ unchecked.
