I support the idea. I don't, unfrotunately, have any contact with Vietnam.
Could you suggest something? Maybe just an amount of money for a 
district hospital?

The Tuoi Tre newspaper is well known as an organiser and coordinator of 
that kind of social actions. Shall we contact the people there just 
asking for an idea?
