Hey Anh Hoa`ng,

   The Vnmese Newton was killed by a coconut. The Vnmese Aristotelles
was too busy to worry about his garden border with his neighbors.
The Vnmese Diophantine could not think in fish source about phylosophy 
but how to escape from the smell.

   I don't believe in any other reasons, except that they have never been 
there. Non-existence of phylosophers already roots in our mother tongue.
Again, I have chose the wrong sun-glass for today.
