Hi Anh Truong Trong Hoang,

  You may want to revision your statement that there will be no philo
among VNSA members and there will be Vnmese philo.

  These statements straightly contradict. I think the chance that VNSA 
will have a philo should equal the chance that VN will have ( if not more).
Of course, I am not saying that if VNSA does not have a philo then VN 
will neither. VNSA is a statistical sample. So I don't know how you can
compromise the above two statements.
