Dear anh Toan, Tuan, Frank,

I think it's OK for a person to post under a pen name.
But on any one forum, any one person should not pose
as many persons by using many different pen names,
either at the same time or at different times. 
This deceit has something sinister about it.
It is certainly an abuse of the faith of everyone
on the forum who accord to each name the status of a person.
It's OK for a person to change their pen name, 
but it should be made clear to other people that
it is the same person using a new name.
It is wrong is for a person to post as Te`o one day,
Ti' the next, Toa`n the day after, both Tuan and
Frank in one discussion and Huy after Tuan and Frank 
have been banned.
