Vietnam at San Francisco peace conference (was: Japan in WWII)

Formally, a delegation from Bao Dai government did attend the San
Francisco peace conference. Also at this conference, China claimed, among
other things, Paracel and Spratly islands, but the Bao Dai delegation
opposed, so Paracel and Spratly were left undefined in the treaties.
I read this from the Vietnamese publications during the time of
China-Vietnamese conflict and didn't verify it.
