Searching Petroleum Engineering groups

Hi anh Quoc Lan,

I understand you have worked at Saigon (HCM city) U. of Technology (or 
Polytechnical Institute of Saigon?). Could you please give me some 
information on the Dept. of Petroleum Engineering at that university, its 
scientific staff and curciculum?
