RE: PHO'? (Pha^`n 4 - Tie^'p theo) -Pho+? Ha`no^.i Sa`i go`n
Hi all,
As anh AiViet and anh Huy, I enjoy having PHO*? too :-)
Who has ever lived in HCM city must at least once heard Pho*? Hoa`. It is
much expensive comparing to other Pho*? but the taste you get is really
value for money. People says that it's the location of the Pho*? make it
prestigous and glamour. :-) Just opposite to Pasteur Institute of medicine
(?)( where you go if you got bitten by dogs or if your girlfriend(s) want
you to have a blood or AIDS test - just in case ..who knows ..) you may
try ta'i na.m which is my favourite... ....The nu*o*'c pho*? is so sweet
that you have to close your eyes once it touch your mouth...(miam miam ...)
Looking to back to the institute I can't help myself asking what's the
institute has to do with the delicious taste of pho*? (the rats after
testing may be ..:-))
In Hanoi it's different, according to a local Pho*? addict, ba'nh pho*? is
best in Hanoi because of the unique water supply system. It has special
chemical components (?!?) matching perfectly with bo^.t ga.o to make ba'nh
pho*?. ..Pho*? hanoi have many types but my local friends recommended Pho*?
Hoa? Lo`. I don't know much about why they call it hoa? lo` but who cares
anyway ...just fill your stomach in the morning and make sure that you can
stay well at work or in my case study ...until lunch. That's what it's
about really :-)
