  Agreed that Pizza is the best in the world even it is not the best in 
my house or your house.
  
  But you have fallen into my trap. The Pho+? Thi`n at Lo` Ddu'c is not
a traditional Pho+? Ba('c Ky`. Ta'i la(n, So^'t vang, Pho+? Sa`i go`n,...
are members of the same F1 generation, that does not have a stable value 
system.
 
 I can criticize also the habit " Dda^.p hai qua? tru+'ng ga`" in Hanoi.
For me it is equally disgusting as Tu+o+ng ngo.t, rau que^' for you.

 To be fair, Pho+? in Cali, Canada ( and I gues in Seatle) satisfies more
traditional requirements than most Pho+? in Hanoi today.( The soup is purer,
no MSG,...)
