What do you mean by "why didn't you give them it". What is "that it here"?
I don't have anything to give.
I just offered them that I will use the dictionary ( the best
encouragement for any support is somebody wants to use it). But now I
think I am not offered to do that. So maybe I misunderstood the whole
thing. And suddenly I don't know what this business was about
