Hi,everybody
As requested by the VNSA's Adm,Board,let me introduce myself as a new
subscriber of VNSA.My name is Hoang Ngoc Nang Hong, a student of Ohio
University's program of intensive English (Athens,OH).Next quarter,I
will have been enrolling to another US university in a Master's degree
program in Public Policy in Economics and Finance.I am a Fulbright fellow
1997.In VN I worked in the Ministry of Finance .That's all a about me.
