Because the melody is catching. That's R.Wright. Unfortunately(in my own opinion only) it
's not PF, but it's like more a solo effort as it wsa composed by the band's keyboardist
in cooperation with an outsider. Based on this, Wright went on to put out a whole new
solo album titled "Broken China" (hope you heard it) at the end of 1996.
According to an interview with Wright upon the release of his solo album, PK is to put
out new CONCEPT album soon.
However, I myself consider PK dead after R.Waters left. He is the real genius of
brilliant ideas. I like the 2 of his solo albums(namely, Radio K.O.A.S, Amused to Death)
than Division bell which was well crafted but clearly lacked new ideas.

***Listening to PK over computer.

( what follows are pure suugestions from what I know about OUR group, O.K.)
PK WAS (Attn: was, not is) famous for its innovation in electronic music, brilliant ideas
in making concerts and records.
To my knowledge, every concert by PK is a REAL musical experience as the spectators were
fully exposed to music and film clips, lighting,... Furthermore, PK was so innovative in
producing Hi-Fi sound, such as Quadrophonics, Q sound to name a few.
By saying so, listening to PF, one should afford a stereo system as HI - FI as you can
afford, and listening over computer may reduce the beautifullness of Floyd sound/music to
a half.

Anyway i am glad to meet a PF fan here. Nice to meet you.
Cheers,
CX Tha`nh
