Hi Thanh et al,

The reason: your computer system is using VPS font as a <system> font.
This means that your computer (at least in windows) will display correct
Viet text. 

For people who do not have VPS installed as a <system> font. Their mail
would look like what I re-sent earlier. 

There might be more complicated reasons, but basically it's that or a
similar reason to that.

The VPS package has a converter that you can convert easily from true
Viet text to VIQR/VietNet text (the type you see on VNSA).

For long messages, you might want to use that to convert over. for
shorter onces, you might be better off typing it directly in VIQR
format.
