Dear Lam and other,

I did not forget about other countries.  I just worried about that after next
50 years VN'll maximally can achieve a today's state of pooriest state of US in
1997.  So, "negation formulate" of "talk" was used.
VN in fact, if VN really want to become a real TIGER, have to develope with
a property:
(Economical Growth rate - Population's Growth rate)  belongs to [12,13]% in
[15,20] years.   (Clear & Simple Math Formulation!)

One thing important I have to remind is that 250$ in VN is not the same 250$ in
US.  With 250$/year in US sbd 's going to die soon.  Nobody in VN dies having
250$.  It's easy to understood for everyone that an equivalent factor
is needed when we consider GDP to analysis.  The equivalent factor is about
4.  So if someone really want to bring my "speculation" to heart, let think
that
we have at this moment about 1000$/person. Of course under the following
condition: he is living in US or EU.

50 years is a long period for one generalization of human's life, but nothing
for (E=mc^2)!
