Why and How

  Just a thought!

I have attended an AMWAY's gathering. I don't know how good their 
business is, but was impressed very much of their talk.

  One VP of AMWAY said: " Those who know how and what to do always work 
for those who know why to do."
  
  It is OK if you have not concentrated on VN issues, but the methodology
in thinking can not be trained in one day.

   You start from tha statement: " You have been doing Web in a bad way, 
if you want to do in a better way. I will do  that for you".
  Such a suggestion should be secondary to the statement: " I know why
we need a better way to do Web. It'll bring a lot of money because then I 
can do ..." That is a vision.

   Whom would you pay more if you were a boss.

  The guys who posted math problems on VNSA never said why the problems 
are interesting. They were rather interested in HOW to solve them. I am 
sure that if I spend couple days in libraries I will find better and more 
complete solutions.

  The AMWAY's phylosophy is obvious but how rarely be realized in our 
society. That is why those people oriented in why used to be in leadership.
