I have been in Albuquerque for some hours. As I can see (and hear) 
there is a large Vietnamese Community there. There is a lot of VN's
restaurants and some VN's Groceries Store. Pho+?, Ba'nh cuo^'n, Lo`ng lo+.n 
... are there. I even hear that they have some place they sell the whole
cow, pig .. With $ 100 you can eat a lot. Beside, Doubletree Hotel
is quite good.
