Elton John w/ Lennon

Hi bac Ian,

> 1) EJ va` John Lennon co' vie^'t chung mo^.t ba`i nha.c, ba`i ddo' te^n gi`?

I used to be a Lennon fan, so I happen to know the answer to this trivia
question. The song was "Whatever Gets You Thru The Night" with contribution
of Elton John on vocals, written in 1974. In fact, this was the *only* No.1
hit Lennon ever had in his 10 year solo career. It was amazing to me, since
I could imagine a bunch of other songs from him that surpass the mentioned
tune. The reason for this was probably because most of his songs (apart
from some beautiful love songs) were dealing with hot political and social
problems.

Another trivia question for Beatles fans: after their break-up in 1970,
who, John, Paul, George or Ringo, had the most commercially successful
career in the 70's?

I have no clue, but I guess I just need to look up in a rock encyclopedia
to find out his birthday, right? :-)

Cheers,
