Thank you, Toan, for your offer. We will try whatever free option we have 
first, and see how it works. If it doesn't, or is of low quality, we will
consider other options, including cost-sharing ones.

As long as I remains on the admin board, I will aggressively be pushing 
to expand and improve the news service, in both English and Vietnamese. I 
have a clear idea of what we want, and how to achieve it; but at the 
moment am very much bogged down with my coursework. I will initiate a
substantial revamp of the current news service toward the end of June. 
You can expect to have a substantially improved and comprehensive news 
service at that time.
