Call for participation in VNMIS

Hello friends,

	Anh Huy Duong, the man from the UK and a VNSA veteran,  
who had just returned from a visit to Vietnam, has asked me 
to send the following message to you:

	Huy has set up a mailing list called VNMIS. The list is 
aimed at assisting scientists in VN to deal with computing 
and IT issues. These include providing consultancy and advice 
on database development, networking, data analysis, data 
exchange etc as well as other scientific issues.

	If you are a doctor or biomedical scientist or a 
researcher and if you have problems in computing or data 
analysis, please come to the list and ask for help.

	If you are a computing expert and are prepared to help, 
please send anh Huy a message so that he can enlist you to 
the list. His address is:

	At present, there are more than 20 enthusiasts in the 
list. In the very near future, there will be scientists from 
VN in the list.
