[INTEREST] SW dev. group - Anyone?

	I like the idea of the Nho'm Telecom, and think why not
a special group call SW development? You see, we have to be good
at something in the IT industry to have value adds to the world.
Our best bet is SW development because it requires less
investment. India, Pakistan, and several neighboring countries
are doing just that. They become giant SW houses and take on
new opportunities laid ahead for them.
I have seen a great discontinuity between the desire to develop
SW at home and the thrist of SW needs out there. But putting
both needs together is not that easy. Skill sets, technology
selections, customer requirements, communications, and most
of all government's involvement in tax, export/import regulations,
etc..
I think that the SW Dev. group can help make aware of all these
issues plus create a excellent exchange medium for contacts
and sharing knowledge for both inside and outside.
