More thoughts about the mailing lists on specific topics Re: Software discusion group and the likes

Hi folks,

I think it is not a good idea to split VNSA into small mailing lists on
specific topics. I find it more useful to open regular thread for each
topic and introduce a good naming scheme to access the articles later.
I think that the non-expert friends on VNSA will be benefited from the
general articles, if the expert authors try to spend sometimes to make
their articles readable for a wider audience. For instance, the
terminologies that are not very popular, should be explained briefly
before use.
I guess if you want to discuss very specific topics in depth, you
might want to do that in relevant news groups, except the topics that
are specially Vietnam-oriented.
So I would suggest that the articles in the spirit of the Thread
"Can you understand the smart guys" should be more beneficial for
non-experts.
If all the "handsome, clever and young" guys are busier than I am,
then I, a "uggly, average and old" guy will voluteer to keep the threads on
[IT-TELECOM] and [HIST] alive when everybody keeps silent. The only
drawback is that you will have to suffer from my monotoneous "uggly and old"
views.
I hope other topics will be also taken care of.

Cheers
Aiviet
