        I agree with anh AiViet on this totally. The problem of splitting a
forum into subforum and subsubforum and ... is that it creates a subgroup of
non-communicative. It has not been proved to be workable. In VACETS, this
has been done and the result was quite disappointed (to me anyway).

        Some time back, I commented that knowledge is usually gained by
interacting between disciplines, not within discipline. "Head in sand" way
of business is not a good way of communicating at all. I, for example, find
the discussion on random walk last year very useful since physicists seem to
have different way of approach to problem. If I stick such a discussion
within my circle of stat and math people, it would be boring and no new idea
can be gained.
