Computer advice to Vietnamese scientists

Dear friends,

Tin Le has kindly set up a mailing list called VNMIS.
The purpose of VNMIS is to help those who work in Vietnam
in the fields of science, education, health care and other
fields of social and humanitarian work. VNMIS will try to
answer computer questions from the above people, completely
without charge or any other obligations to them.

If you have friends or colleagues in Vietnam who work in the
above mentioned fields, please tell them about VNMIS. Enquiries
may be emailed to

Without your help in telling your friends and colleagues about VNMIS,
VNMIS cannot help anyone.
