Hi Tuan,
  It would be easier to do directly what you ask for than tell you what 
to do. If you are sure that you write a good HTML syntax, there can still be
many small parameters.
  Following are the usual cause:

    1. Check whether the new site has an Web server. To do that you can 
try to set a Web page on the new site.
    2. The file should be readable and executable by the world. To do that
issue the Unix command: chmod 755 filename.
    3. The file should be in a path ( directory and sub directories) that 
is also readable. The most convenient place for placing html files is
public_html in your home directory. 
    4. Don't forget to make public_html readable:
       chmod 755 public_html
