To manage the fast growing size of vnsa-l list, I've installed a script to
put in postpone mode the email accounts from which vnsa mail bounced. That
happened to your account two days go. 

To get regular vnsa mail again, please send following command to 
LISTSERV@CSD.UWM.EDU 

set vnsa-l mail ack

If you prefer digest mode then the command is

set vnsa-l mail digest
