®Þnh cña Bé luËt h×nh sù cña ViÖt Nam ( Criminal code) cßn cã mét téi ph¹m
kh¸c nh­: Téi giao cÊu víi trÎ em d­íi 18 tuæi tuy nhiªn cã ngo¹i lÖ lµ
ng­êi cã hµnh vi ph¹m téi ®· biÕt ng­êi ®ã ë tuæi vÞ thµnh niªn (<18 tuæi>
mµ vÉn giao cÊu.
Nh÷ng ng­êi ph¹m téi nµy ®Òu bÞ xÐt xö víi møc h×nh ph¹t nghiªm kh¾c. Tuy
nhiªn kh«ng biÕt t¹i sao mµ lo¹i h×nh téi ph¹m nµy vÉn t¨ng trong nh÷ng n¨m
gÇn ®©y ???????????.
