Storyline
Casablanca, 1942. Allied counter-intelligence agent Max Vatan (Brad Pitt), takes on the identity of the husband of French Resistance spy cohort, Marianne Beausejour (Marion Cotillard), who is working undercover inside a French Vichy Government building. He acknowledges that she's something of a legend back in London and their flirtations soon become real. After a dangerous North African mission, both decide to end their spying days, marry and lead a quieter life in England. Max is quietly notified that the woman he has married is likely a Nazi spy and he needs to find out the truth about her. Written by
