George Simmons:
[at the end of song to comedy club audience]
George Simmons soon will be gone, and he's not going to miss any of you people at all. We've always had a strained relationship. You always wanted too much from me, and I'm very mad at you.

If you like cheap, crude sex jokes and long-winded dreariness, you'll love this film. The basic premise of the film is sound but it's stretched out far too long and is cheapened with an overdose of filthy humour that's so non-stop and over the top it's just not funny any more. The film has a good cast but the script is so flat that there are no interesting performances. Sandler acts his usual stereotyped, weary loudmouth character and Rogen plays the usual nerdy, funny guy. Unless I'm mistaken, this movie is just a vehicle for Sandler's ego with very little substance to it. The dialogue is really quite astounding in that virtually every sentence includes multiple uses of the F-word for no good reason.
