In the original script actress Dolly Parton (Miley Cyrus' s God mother) who played a recurring role as main character Miley Stewart's Godmother Aunt Dolly in the TV series had a part in the movie but was latter dropped after the script was fully finished and her character did not fit in the script or film. I think the idea of Hannah Montana as a movie was good, because it gave a chance for different types of audience to show what they think of it, and view it. so its for the young girls, and they probably love it, but if your not a female or under 12 years old you wont appreciate it. People are saying why rate it as a bad film because its not aimed at adults, well, if only 12 year old girls rated this film, it wouldn't be an accurate rating. Having people of all ages and backgrounds rate this film, shows an actual portrayal of the quality of the film. The girl has a good voice, but that doesn't make it a good film. personally i don't like her music either, but i can appreciate talent when i see it. unfortunately, the same doesn't go for the movie.
