The most interesting aspect is that this film passes The Bechdel Test. It fits the following criteria: (1) it has to have at least two women in it, who (2) who talk to each other, about (3) something besides a man. After the whole torture porn horror trend (from a few years ago), I do appreciate films where women aren't degraded, tortured and exploited. Also, it was refreshing to see regular camera-work as oppose to the painful shaky-cam' that's saturated the indie horror market. I felt that Ashley Green Elizabeth did a good job as the lead and held the film together. Other than that, good location; foreboding sound design/score; decent paranormal story line; a few continuity issues; special effects are good but there should have been more.
