The Hostellerie des Sept Molles in Gesset. We had incredible food here -- two main courses both nights, including some roasted duck breast that's one of the best things I've ever had. Lance Armstrong stayed here in 2004 on his recce of the Pyrenees -- the hotel owner had photos and signatures from many of the US Postal riders.
