Q: What is a mail delivery program?
A: This is a program which can read thru the mail you sent in and decide what
	to do with the mail.  And the local mail delivery program my account
	featured is one that can look thru the subject field to decide how to
	process the mail.  For example, you want to request the general
	information of the service, you could type "request general info" at 
	the subject field of your outgoing mail.  When your mail arrive the 
	system's delivery process, my program will look at your subj and
	process according to the preset routine.  Thus exact wording should be
	used and should be typed at the exact subject field in order for the
	program to process it.

Q: How exactly am I going to do to get those file/mail?
A:
Example: To get the catalog of the info available in my account,

If you are using: UNIX,
at the prompt:
> mail wingl@stimpy.cs.wisc.edu
Subject: request general info  <you must type the exact word to get the mail.>
<type ^D to end the mail.>
cc:  <carbon copy option, if you don't want a copy, press return to end.>
>  <you will be back to the prompt after the mail.>

If you are using: ELM, PC, or MACs,
at the following fields:
To:	 wingl@stimpy.cs.wisc.edu
Subject: request general info
...
<your message here....>
when finished, send the mail in your usual manner.....

Within a few minutes, the mail should get the reply mail with the catalog. 
Therefore, you could check the mailbox now.   If you do not receive the mail
in 15 mins (i guess, usually don't take that long.) then either your mailing
procedure is incorrect or my program is not working.  Then you could follow
the procedure below to report the bugs.

Q: how do i get the information listed on your menu (general info)?
A: mail me at:
    wingl@stimpy.cs.wisc.edu
   with the subject as the exact wording listed at the field of "Subject",
   or "request general info" as the subject to get the most updated features.


if you have any other questions, you could mail me directly, and i will answer
them and i might put them on FAQ (if you do not object to this) so that others
might benefit from it.

if there is any bugs in the program, please also mail me with subject as 
"report bugs" and you will receive a confirmation mail for that.
