• Ali Akbar College of Muisc, where I study Classical Indian vocal and instrumental music with Maestro Ali Akbar Khan.
• Bateria Lucha, the percussion ensemble I direct. We play mostly Brazilian rhythms (along with some Middle Eastern, Indian, and other styles) on mostly Brazilian instruments.
• SalaamAxe, my Middle Eastern and Brazilian fusion project. This was started in Madison and continues in the Bay Area.
