Editorial Reviews
From The Critics
This workbook/CD-ROM package provides lessons on 10 ARMA-compatible alphabetic indexing rules. Each lesson introduces a rule, which is stated briefly, explained, and illustrated. The rule is then applied in cumulative, ongoing exercises. Self-check exercises provide immediate feedback. In addition to alphabetic indexing rules, the subject, numeric, and geographic filing methods are introduced. A set of file cards, on perforated card stock, is provided for use with lessons. The companion CD-ROM contains a review of alphabetic indexing and filing rules and 10-20 hours of application practice. Fosegan is professor emeritus affiliated with Alfred State College.
