Meet the Author
Dr. Jae K. Shim is Professor of Finance and Accounting at California State University, Long Beach, and President of Delta Consulting Company, a financial consulting and training firm. Shim received is M.B.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. He has been a consultant to commercial and nonprofit organizations for over 30 years. Dr. Shim has published numerous articles and over 50 college and professional books to his credit. Jae resides in Los Alamitos, CA.
Joel G. Siegel, Ph.D., CPA is a self-employed certified public accountant and professor of accounting and finance at Queens College of the City University of New York. He was employed previously by Coopers and Lybrand CPAs, and Arthur Andersen CPAs. Siegel has been a consultant in accounting and finance to many organizations including Citicorp, ITT, United Technologies, and the American Institute of CPAs. Dr. Siegel has written 65 books and more than 200 articles on accounting and financial topics.
