    Excellent Source

I definitely agree with other reviewers. This is an excellent source for the MCP 70-029 exam as well as a very handy desk-top reference. The review questions at the end of each chapter were very helpful in preparing for my exam.

    Excellent prep source

Well written book. Anyone thinking about taking the test should also get the Transcender CD to get the clearer idea on what subjects to concentrate on. The contents of this book well cover the entire test and beyond. I am still using it in the real world as a reference.

    MONEY WELL SPENT

Why buy an exam cram style book for SQL Server when this one is available? I passed the 70-29 exam (supposedly one of Microsoft's most difficult) using this book as my primary reference. But since it is much more thorough than a typical Exam Cram, I now have a good desktop reference as well! Although it would be nice to see Replication adddressed, I think that is covered by exam 70-28, not 70-29. Overall, I couldn't be much happier with this book. If you buy it, I don't think you will be disappointed!
