    nuts and bolts

I'M 2/3 THROUGH AND TAKING MY TIME. I HAVE READ AND STUDIED SEVERAL OF MARTINS BOOKS IN THE PAST, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE IT LIT THE WAY THROUGH OOPS . I HAD TO SKIP CHAPTER 3, USING LEXERS AND PARSERS TO DEMONSTRATE SOME ASPECT OF VDB BUT WHEN I WENT ON ESPECIALLY TO CH 6 AND THEN TO CH 7 AND THE CALENDAR WHICH PLAINLY DEMONSTRATES THROUGH CODE HOW OOP REALLY WORKS.... MARTIN REVEALS THE TRUE ESSENCE OF OOPS PROGRAMMING HERE!! THANKS MARTIN; I HOPE YOU WILL WRITE ONE ON VDBASE PLUS, AND MAYBE USE A FINANCIAL CALCULATOR INSTEAD OF LEXERS & PARSERS??
