The initial chapters flowed well, with graphics matching the tables and databases found on the CD. Then, inexplicably, the book refers to tables/databases not found on the CD-ROM. The publisher's site offered this reply to my concern: "Thank you for writing. Sorry, for the confusion. The author used example tables that aren't provided to readers. We'll submit your concern to the Editor for future publishing consideration. Sincerely, Wiley Product Support" Makes it kinda tough, doesn't it???
