Michael Wirsching is the instructional technology manager at Briand and Wirsching, Inc. in Tacoma, Washington. Francois-Paul Briand is a cofounder and president of Briand and Wirsching, Inc. in Tacoma, Washington, which develops commercial software products for the training and biometrics security markets.
