A great guide to SQL Server programming

Microsoft SQL Server 2005 has become a very comprehensive platform for designing and building (Business Intelligence) solutions. The downside is the large amount of learning necessary to get the most out of the technology - the upside is that this very well written book covers most of what you need to get real insight into Microsoft SQL Server 2005 (BI and more). The book has a focus on the programming possibilities in SQL Server (CLR integration, SMO, AMO, ADO .net etc.) all covered by examples, but it also have a comprehensive chapter on debugging. As a Business Intelligence professional myself, I appreciated the chapters addressing the Business Intelligence components like Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services. The book is very useful for reading from beginning to end, or as your reference book, when help and further explanation than BOL is required. The language is easy read, and has my strong recommendation for the newbie as well the experienced SQL Server professional.
