Meet the Author

Robert Freeman has been an Oracle DBA for almost 15 years. He currently lives in Chicago, where he works for TUSC as a management consultant. Robert presents at Oracle-related user groups such as IOUG-A and the UKOUG on a regular basis. He is the author of three other best-selling Oracle Press titles, Oracle Database 10g New Features, Oracle 9i RMAN Backup & Recovery, and Oracle9i New Features. Robert is the father of five teenagers, husband of a wife who is incredible, and the owner of a moody cat.
