    A very good reference book

I would recommend this book not only to experienced developers/administrators, but also to developers new to the database replication. As this book covers wide range of topics (different replication types, replication administration, optimization and tuning, troubleshooting techniques), experienced developers can use it as a reference in their everyday work. For beginners this book will be very good study material. I will give this book a 5 star.
