"[The B.S. program] . . . offers another choice besides
mathematics and computer science for students interested in the area of
mathematical Science. Students graduating from the program are well-trained
to function in positions such as Junior Analyst, Statistical Analyst,
Statistical Programmer and Consultant/Programmer. Our graduate statistics
program is a solid fundamental applied program . . . limited primarily to
an M.S. in statistics. We encourage our students in the M.S. program to
take the thesis option."
