The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE.
They have formatting guidelines and templates available via the WWW at
www.computer.org/cspress/instruct.htm and
www.computer.org/author/psguide.htm.
Papers are due to IEEE no later than June 13th (this is a firm deadline).
On or (most likely much) before June 10th authors will receive an "author kit"
directly from IEEE.
