Anh Ca,

I can't tell what your machine is experiencing without
poking around in it. But here are a few things you
might want to look into while troubleshooting:

1) Make sure the swap partition is large enough
2) Verify that the root directory "/" doesn't
contain a lot of temporary files. Sometimes the
system puts stuff there because it was never
correctly configured to put them in another
directory. The root directory is usually small
and can overfill rather quickly.
3) Search for and remove all core files in all
disk partitions.

Hope you'll find the root cause of the problem
soon.

Best,
Ian
