X11 is free, I don't remember where you can get it and its source code but
you can find it on the net for sure. Usually all of UNIX packages support
X window now and you don't need to find more. If you are beggining and
have a PC already, I suggest that you should start from Linux...you will
have a small Unix with X11R6, not so difficult to install
