I agree with anh Bi`nh sugestion. All of Unix Boxes have xwindow
so no need to get the source code unless you're interested.

Xwindow system was developed at MIT with the Support of
industry consortium including IBM,DEC,HP etc. The reason
they give the source code (just like original Unix OS) is
for people to compile to their own target machine.
the process of tailoring Unix and xwindow to a new machine
will take sometime, IMO.
