I also think that this sort of material is numerous in Vietnam. When a
secondary student (1990), I was sent to attend NGO conference on
Environment in Bristol, England with the paper about the Consequences of
the Agent Orange. It's not a scientific paper (of course, because
participants are high school students and their teachers), rather it's a
"propaganda" thesis to make known to other secondary students in the
world about Agent Orange caused by the US army during the VN war.
Before going to England, I came to an environment center to hear
lectures and saw a lot of document, slides, pictures about the victims
of Agent Orange there.I don't remember precisely the name of that
center, it's something like National Center for Natural Resources and
Scientific Research ..... headed by Prof. Vo~ Quy' and located at truong
Dai Hoc Tong Hop Ha noi in Le Thanh Tong street.
I don't know if you can retrieve info and materials freely now, but
there are a lot of environmental projects carried out by US
organizations in coordination with this Center.
