1. I over slept and can't decide if I should arrive late to lecture 1 or go back to sleep.

   If you miss Lecture 1, feel free to attend Lecture 2.

   Best advice: Ask to borrow a classmates notes and offer to share your notes as well.

   Please do not ask the course coordinator (or lecturer) to tell you what you missed. The information was already given to all students (during the lecture).

3. I missed lecture and this page says not to ask the course coordinator (or lecturer) what was covered and I don't know anyone in the class.

   Best advice: Meet someone in the class quick. In our experience, students who know other students in the class learn the material much better and have additional resources for learning difficult concepts.

   Check the course web site for any course announcments you may have missed. All course announcements will also be posted on the Course Website.

   Also, be sure to review the course modules for that week as the learning outcomes tell you the basics of what was covered. While the course coordinator will not review the lecture outline individually with you, s/he will be more than willing to help you understand any concepts that you are having trouble with.
