I received my PhD in Computer Sciences (Machine Learning and Bioinformatics focus), as well as my PhD minor in Statistics, from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. I earned my MS in CS and my BS in Biology from the American University of Beirut. I worked in Machine Learning at Amazon, Google and Cisco. During my PhD years, my advisor was David Page, my co-advisor was Jude Shavlik, and my mentor was Olvi Mangasarian. At Amazon, I worked on cutting-edge research with Guy Lebanon, Charles Elkan, S V N Vishwanathan, Sham Kakade, Greg Duncan and Guido Imbens. For more details, check my CV. |
